Placement and Dejavoo Setup - Netevia
If you are doing Placement on a Tsys account, you must list
on the MPA in the Misc. Fee field "Membership Fee"
If a FD account that was/is boarded in HQ and on Placement,
you must list on the MPA in the other field, "Support Fee".
First Data accounts on Placement that are boarded through
Privvy will list the Placement Fee as "Service Bundle Fee".
